但是面對門口櫃席左邊行員態度實在不是很好
每次都是如此,服務態度不好給人觀感不佳……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般而言,聯邦銀行的分行數目不多,而且他們在企業金融,或者消費金融的市場涵蓋,是比較保守的。
這家店不同,客人臨櫃的很多,使用ATM的客人也多,是可以用繁忙來形容的。
因為臨櫃的客人多,偶爾可以聽到有客人在門口的行人道上,可能和家人,朋友,客戶通話,講些銀錢的事,講些是非,也講些生意,和金錢相關的人生百態。

This store is different. There are a lot of customers who come to the counter and there are many customers who use ATM. It can be described as busy.
Because there are many customers coming to the closet, I can occasionally hear that guests are on the sidewalk at the door. They may talk to family, friends, customers, talk about money, talk about right and wrong, and talk about business. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家銀行大概是我看過服務態度最差的吧,ㄧ臉厭世臉,又要很不耐煩的回答客人的問題,而且已經去了很多次都是左邊的服務人員服務態度差到爆,真的是跟對面的中國不同一個等級?
This bank is probably the worst service attitude I have ever seen. I have a disgusting face, and I have to answer customers’ questions impatiently, and I have been there many times, but the service staff on the left has a bad service attitude. Really It's a different level from the opposite China?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然兩個月前已經打過投訴電話,但眼見下禮拜又要去買發票,心裡陰影真的很重,忍不住上來留言。
多收錢不承認,也不肯花個5分鐘跟我們公司對一下金額,沒有半句對不起,只在電話裡丟下一句:「好啦你們要錢就給你們啦。」就掛斷電話。
到底是誰的錯?現在都流行做錯事的人先發脾氣就對了?
最後雖然錢拿回來了,但行員的態度根本就是用施捨的,好像我們公司為了幾塊錢存心找碴一樣。
Ok, 發生一次就算了,然而兩個月後當我再度去買發票時,行員記恨的能力真是令我大開眼界。
把計算機丟在我面前,要我把金額算清楚再離開也就算了,請問站在我面前,直接批評我們公司買太多發票是哪招?請問我們公司買多少發票干你們什麼事?
即便在打電話投訴後,銀行主管立刻就打電話來致歉,但從頭到尾那名做錯事的員工都沒出現。真是了不起,貴分行愛護員工的行為簡直令人動容,給你們拍拍手。
這種奇葩的購票經驗我還不趕快寫上來跟大家分享一下。

Ok, it happened once, but when I went back to buy invoices two months later, the ability of the staff to remember hate really opened my eyes.
I left the computer in front of me and asked me to forget the amount and leave it. I am standing in front of me and directly criticizing our company for buying too many invoices. What kind of invoices does our company buy to do for you?
Even after making a phone call, the bank supervisor immediately called to apologize, but the employee who did the wrong thing from start to finish did not appear. It’s amazing, your branch’s care for the staff is simply moving and clap your hands.
I don't want to write about this wonderful ticketing experience to share with you.

顧客人多,櫃台只開2個服務客戶,不會調節多開櫃台,以紓解客戶等待的時間。
The service efficiency is extremely low. The average waiting time is more than 20 minutes. Unless you need to handle the counter service, do not come to the mansion branch.
There are many customers, and only 2 counters are opened to serve customers, and there will be no adjustments to opening more counters to relieve customers' waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開戶需花40分鐘,二組開戶客戶差不多時間抵達,第2組開完戶要80分鐘後!能理解開戶程序花時間但不能理解一眼望去行員比現場客戶多即使只有一位開戶服務櫃檯,卻沒有任何同仁願意先拿文件讓客戶先填寫,節省彼此的時間,感覺貴行不是很歡迎客戶。
It takes 40 minutes to open an account. The second group of account opening customers arrives in about the same time, and the second group will open an account in 80 minutes! I can understand the time it takes to open an account, but I can't understand. At first glance, there are more staff than on-site customers. Even though there is only one account opening service counter, none of my colleagues are willing to take the documents and let customers fill in first, saving each other's time. I feel that your bank does not welcome customers very much.
