首次在聯邦想辦幸福卡及賴點卡填寫送件後，經過一星期，卻沒有收到任何專員的聯繫。
非常浪費等待時間，且該聯絡誰、辦理進度、是否需要補件等等資訊完全不清楚，得主動催促銀行！
不友善的銀行企業～
辦理經驗差，以後不會想考慮辦理聯邦卡片?
