★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午去辦開戶，臨櫃小姐說戶頭辦好會電話通知，再來領取即可，結果到5:15打電話去問，態度還超差，說剛剛才辦好，不是4點下班？5:15才用好？作業態度散慢，員工服務態度也不好！一點專業態度都沒有！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真心覺得爛，客服爛，APP爛，更換APP後就得網銀帳戶就被鎖了，不能申請，網路銀行也無法登陸，無法利用線上申請更改密碼，也無線上ＡＴＭ，什麼事情都要跑去窗口申請，銀行又開得少，真的不知道我哪裡有問題會用聯邦的信用卡用這麼久？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.線上預約臨櫃開戶，到現場說查不到，資料全部手寫重填，填約轉帳戶又查得到約轉的資料，那為什麼不能直接拿預約臨櫃開戶的資料,預約臨櫃開戶形同虛設
2.開戶小姐訓練不足，什麼事都要問隔壁櫃大哥，寫申請表時一直要收回去看欄位，問她不能臨櫃拿帳戶她說要等3-5工作日，又把申請表收走，還要我提醒要勾雙掛號才給我勾
3.臨櫃開戶不能馬上拿到存摺，建議有自然人憑證的人線上開戶即可，臨櫃不會比較快
