這間銀行分行的資深行員服務態度真的需要檢討,辦理業務口氣很不耐煩,多問幾個問題就一副(難道妳連這個也不懂的反應)態度非常不親切,存錢到貴銀行還要被擺臉色,不知是金額不夠大還怎麼樣?x眼看人低? 相比旁邊較新的員工態度就好很多,耐心解釋有笑容!貴行這麼大的銀行,教育訓練都不要求嗎? 絕對不會建議大家過去辦理業務,找罪受!!!

上網查了一下可以電話補卡,詢問過後請我打到存摺上的分行申請,結果打到你們這第一位小姐先是一問三不知,然後回我說在這邊是都建議臨櫃辦理,我就是要電話辦才打電話的,你一直跟我重複建議臨櫃辦但就跟我的需求不同,我再三強調我要電話補辦的時候你又問我住哪,跟你老實說我住哪真的是大錯特錯,因為你就又開始不斷跟我建議叫我就近辦理,我當然知道就近方便重點是我自願麻煩我覺得去你們那邊我更方便,你又跟我說了老半天,終於肯讓我辦的時候請我稍等,搞笑的事就發生了,你把我轉給第二個小姐然後不跟他說我要辦什麼業務,然後我又在跟他說了一次,我超無言,然後電話補辦的規定也很有問題,為什麼電話補辦也要本人?我已經申報掛失了然後我只是需要電話補辦,領卡的時候當然會本人去領,這樣不就夠了嗎?而且我也很好奇你們怎麼辨認是不是本人,單純用性別嗎?那我是不是叫一個男的打過去我今天就能補辦了?我補辦需要的身分證也有帳戶號碼也有,就算不是本人也一定是受委託不然我哪裡來陌生人的那麼多資料,我不會再使用你們的帳戶了,服務感受真的很不好,我原本以為簡單且方便的電話補卡,和預想的完全不一樣

不用懷疑這個評分,就是這麼爛的一間銀行 上次3:30到,鐵門沒關就不讓我進去 今天3:35還讓人進去,一點原則都沒有,完全看心情做事 存個錢還在那邊每個零錢檢查是不是假幣,公然秀下限 沒次去都能看到在那邊恬著臉跟那些有錢又好騙的客戶講那些話,太噁心了.... 沒次去都是新人,汰換率這麼高的地方,想必裡面一定更多不為人知的問題。
