來開戶抽號碼牌的時候,顯示前面等待人數:1,結果等了一整個小時都沒叫號,包括我前面那位等比我久的,也都沒辦到,直到有一位情緒失控的阿伯在整間銀行大罵,才安排人員幫忙開戶!等了一個多小時才辦到,而且開戶還要再等30-40分鐘,好像其他人的時間都不是時間,非要等到有人罵人才處理事情嗎? 唯一的一顆星大概是給警衛的!只有警衛在關心我們要辦什麼?安撫大家的情緒,請大家等等再等等,裡面的行員真的必須再加油:)警衛真的都比較積極

今天下午3:07分左右去辦開戶 走到底倒數第二個櫃檯人員態度差到靠北 不爽做就不要做 講話講到一半還把口罩脫下來 服務態度真的是爛的可憐~~
