進去上班的要多思考一下 小團體很多 主管態度假惺惺 試用期半年 到期前幾日才會跟你說適不適合 反正浪費的是你的時間
不會跟你明確說明問題原因 只要有錯不會是主管教導問題 是你自己學習能力差 很多同仁半年莫名離職 就是這原因
作業系統也很差 客戶常常大排長龍 但無解決方法 只會催促人員動作快一點 進去前請三思

一開始抽號碼牌欲存摺更名
先詢問已有他分行開戶是否可辦理
6號櫃檯先生說可以,但要先去辦戶籍謄本
辦完戶籍謄本回來再抽號碼牌
一開始保全先生問3號櫃檯會不會更名
3號櫃檯說不會,結果最後還是3號櫃檯叫我號??
然後再叫不知道什麼的女主管出來
吧啦吧啦說一堆,簡單來講就是要我回原分行更名
如果不會就說一聲,浪費人家時間
或是如果一開始貴行的規定就是更名要回原分行
那一開始就應該說明,不是還讓人又跑去辦完戶籍謄本回來以後再跟我說不行
這樣也不行那樣也不好
