★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務一般，專業度極差，繳車貸，結果匯到信用卡中心，越想越火大，根本浪費我的時間，還要特地在跑一次銀行，本來據點就少了，還要大老遠跑去，真的會吐血，專員的疏失還要客戶承擔，自己還要跟信用卡中心喬半天，最後我還要花15塊傳真帳戶存摺給信用卡中心，請問這是三小？就是北投分行最左邊那位小姐！我想他根本不知道這回事繼續活在TMD自己世界！爛透了！當時還很清楚說我是繳車貸！繳車貸！爛！
