跟九如分行的專員申辦信用卡 110/08/05 專員跟我說08/06(五)會幫我送件 跟我同事說已經送件 - 等到08/17 完全沒有消息 請線上客服幫我們查詢 結果查不到送件紀錄 08/18 線上客服打來說 九如分行負責人說要等到9月薪資入帳才會幫我們送件 不懂為何要欺騙我們說已經送件? 且完全沒跟我們說明須等到9月的原因 ​我已經有提供近半年薪轉證明也沒有更換工作 也詢問過線上客服 只要有提供近三個薪資證明根本不必等到9月薪資入帳 - ​不想等九如分行拖到9月 8/18 晚上我直接使用線上申請 自己送案 不想讓九如分行的行員送件 8/19 九如分行也幫我送件 撤掉我的線上送案 使用他們分行送件的去審核 8/20 我馬上打去線上客服 請線上客服撤掉九如分行送審的案件 使用我自己線上送案的資料去審核... 搞了快一個月 還不如自己線上申請 不到一個禮拜就完成
