兩天前事先使用了線上預約臨櫃開戶服務。 週一早上11:50來辦理開戶, 因為新公司需要聯邦銀行的薪資轉帳戶, 等到12:30 覺得為什麼都沒有跳號, 詢問門口服務員才知道開戶的人去用餐了! 那一開始門口服務員幫忙抽號碼牌只告知要等一下,怎麼不和我們說他去用餐了? 這樣我們也可以先去用餐啊…. 先離開用餐回來後 下午1點, 過號了 重新抽號碼牌。 等待人數2 —————————— 等到下午3點 才輪到我們? 開戶辦理一個人要一小時… 那真的不明白線上預約臨櫃開戶的功能是有何用的…… 根本是可以關閉這個功能,現場等候就好了吧? 填資料怎麼不先在旁邊填,邊辦理業務呢? 一定要看著人慢慢填寫資料,時間一直耗嗎? 而且線上預約臨櫃功能事先填資料也完全沒用處呀!還標注可以減少開戶時間? 先填資料減少開戶時間完成都需要4小時了。 沒有這個功能是不是開戶要8小時呢? 而且我有線上填資料和沒有先填資料的人都是一樣辦理需要一小時啊! 真的不太明白這家銀行的SOP以及給客戶端的功能…..
