11月初去買褲子,沒注意到可以修改長度,後來月底拿去服務人員說還可以改,服務人員很熱心~~
I went to buy trousers in early November. I didn’t notice that the length could be changed. Later, I took it to the service staff at the end of the month and said it could be changed. The service staff was very enthusiastic~~

6/4晚上去消費刷$2620,櫃檯第一次刷完我信用卡,我手機就被通知扣款,但櫃檯小姐說沒扣到,要我再刷一次,我當下就提出信用卡已經扣款,櫃檯小姐確認沒扣到要求我刷第二次,我也不疑有他刷了第二次 結果到6/5我再檢查交易紀錄,顯示仍被扣款兩次$2620 打去店面反應,店員回覆我他們店內帳是對的,要求我聯絡銀行的信用卡客服刷退 好不容易線上排隊很久,信用卡客服回覆我,確定uiqlo店家端是有刷到兩筆,但銀行是無法單方面取消交易,要求我聯絡店家辦裡刷退,處理了整個晚上我還是要聯絡店家 不太懂當中到底是什麼原因讓店家沒辦法刷退還能堅持帳是對的不讓我退刷?但很明顯員工教育或SOP方面肯定有問題,若我被貴店多刷的金額無法退回,我也只能直接聯絡消保會了

Called the store to respond, the clerk replied that their in-store account was correct, and asked me to contact the bank's credit card customer service to refund I finally queued online for a long time, and the credit card customer service replied to me that I made sure that the uiqlo store had two swipes, but the bank could not unilaterally cancel the transaction, and asked me to contact the store to swipe the refund. After the whole night, I still have to contact the store. I don't quite understand what is the reason why the store can't repay it. Can I insist that the account is correct and not let me repay? But obviously there must be something wrong with employee education or SOP. If I cannot get the refund of the overcharged amount from your store, I can only contact the Consumer Protection Association directly.

今天14:30前後到櫃結帳時,準備離開不小心飲料打翻到地上⋯真的很抱歉?? 櫃檯幫忙結帳的男店員很好心的說沒關係他在幫忙清理。 當下他馬上用call機請同事一同來幫忙,男店員先問我的飲料布袋要不要幫忙水洗過,比較不會黏黏的? 還有前來協助的同事也熱心的詢問我需不需要衛生紙擦拭? 真的對店家很不好意思,因為自己手滑造成困擾⋯店員真的人很善良與服務熱心,讓我感到很敬佩❤️謝謝uniqlo的店員
