上次洗完澡
詢問一下這次做了什麼怎麼收費還是1千多因為沒有剪才疑惑
結果這一次要預約已經問要兩個禮拜了
直接完全不回
想說可能在忙打電話過去
直接說我們不接你的狗
沒關係你們有權利不接
但是至少告知一下
我還問他們為什麼
他們直接回因為你覺得貴那就不接了
小姐你可以看一下我們的溝通內容嗎
我是問你怎麼這次沒有剪還是要1200
並沒有說你們比別人貴啊什麼的
我想了解一下做了什麼也不行？
打電話過去態度也很差
連詢問都不行
真的有夠玻璃心
問一下就爆炸
真的有夠傻眼
還有你們有權利不接
但是 不是直接躲起來
至少要告知客人
我們能趕快找下一間
我工作忙被你們這樣一拖我的時間耽誤了很多

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left our two puppies in the hotel for four days, and here are the observations:
1-Our golden retriever puppy came back seriously malnourished, apparently they are underfeeding the puppy, we had to take him to the vet who said the puppy been starving.
2-They changes the price from 600 NTD per puppy to 700 and 650 NTD on the last second, adding extra charges.
for Approximately 7000NTD for 4 days, for accommodation plus grooming, this is quite poor, not recommended at all.
