今天去這邊的分行辦理銷戶,也沒跟我要證件確認身分,然後因為我的原留印鑑不見,行員告知要先更改印鑑才能辦理,更改印鑑費用要100塊。想說算了付一付把事情完成就算了,櫃檯問我,密碼還記得嗎?我說不記得了。(畢竟快10年沒往來)接著就跑出來一位看似資深的行員,告訴我:因為你帳戶裡餘額還有7塊,可以幫你用匯款到他行帳戶,要收電匯35元,你可以嗎?我問她有沒有其他方法:行員斬釘截鐵的說:沒有 我傻眼...我何必為了7塊再花35塊? 最後的最後才告訴我,除非我去原分行才能辦。 到底是在幹嘛?!我花了那麼多時間,配合這個配合那個,結果還是沒辦成,為何不一開始就跟我說到原分行辦?!貴分行是在哈囉? P.s. 最後我不願再多待,轉頭就走,也忘記記下行員姓名,也無從客訴起,但這經驗真的很差。
