★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大樓外觀華麗，但內部裝潢完全莫名其妙。電梯設計從外面看不到樓層數，速度又慢常常要等個一分鐘以上才能搭；電梯測重一直故障明明沒幾個人卻時不時顯示超載 (當然不排除有其他看不見的東西在裡面的可能) ，非常惱人；電梯內空調常常不開導致裡面非常潮濕且悶；門禁卡系統也是莫名其妙常常沒來由就被鎖卡。
 The exterior of the building is gorgeous, but the interior decoration is completely inexplicable. The elevator design cannot see the number of floors from the outside, and when the speed is slow, it often takes more than a minute to take the ride; the elevator weight measurement has been faulty and there are few people but the overload is displayed from time to time (of course, the possibility of other invisible things inside is not ruled out ), very annoying; the air conditioner in the elevator is often not turned on, which makes it very humid and stuffy; the access card system is also inexplicable and often locked without reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來找朋友 ，這地址原來是舊聯合報大樓 ，已改建新的建築大樓-大於 。管理不錯 ，停車需事先安排（預先給車號），抵達停車入口時 ，物業雙保全詢問“找誰”，並告知停車樓層與停車位號碼 ，停車位算寬敞 ，大車沒問題 。上樓到大廳再換通行卡（與101大樓相同-通話拜訪樓層-獲得同意後-發通行卡給你）。管理機制不錯 ，讓訪客感受相當程度的安全感 ！
The first time I came to find a friend, this address used to be the old United Daily News building, which has been converted into a new building - greater than. The management is good, the parking needs to be arranged in advance (the car number is given in advance), when you arrive at the parking entrance, the property double security asks "who to look for", and informs the parking floor and parking space number, the parking space is spacious, and the big car is no problem. Go upstairs to the lobby and then change the pass card (same as Building 101 - call to visit the floor - after approval - issue the pass card to you). The management mechanism is good, allowing visitors to feel a considerable degree of security!
