想說招牌很不明顯,結果真的叫unknow 起初只是經過看看,意外挖到挖寶好店家! 大衣很好看,店員人也超溫柔有耐心(而且還很美),大推韓版好店家! 看到Google 竟然評論也這麼unknow,不來留個言良心不舒服 已經列為心頭好!

女兒去買了個後背包,才揹了第一次,其中一條拉鏈就斷掉,與店家聯繫,員工態度消極,專業知識欠缺,愛處理不處理的,實在很糟糕,給我們的感覺就是貨物賣出概不退換,拉鏈為何一定要送回韓國,還要送修1-2個月?這樣的服務,怎讓顧客可以忍受,產品有瑕疵,應該負起全責,而不是要顧客自己想辦法,現在給負評,實在氣不過,現在還要自己花錢去換拉鍊,雖然只是區區的250元拉鏈費!!!
