我是給自稱店長的女生服務,我做的項目是髮根燙澎和燙瀏海一個彎度,結果回家自己洗過後整個大崩壞,澎度變成亂七八糟的捲髮,瀏海也整個捲的亂七八糟,我也只能試著自己盡量整理到能出門上班見人,第三天真的受不了打電話過去找店長詢問,電話裡我跟他說真的太難看、太難整理了跟我之前燙過的髮根燙完全不一樣,都被同事笑,她說這樣只能重燙,我說不要這樣好傷頭髮,被他搞成這樣其實心裡是已經不相信他的專業了,我請她幫我洗掉並退費,她電話中說好,讓我過去找他,今天過去現場她的態度非常冷漠,只說那我就幫妳洗直,我說對!然後就開始操作,結束之後照完鏡子就轉身走人,我說請問不是答應退費給我嗎,結果她直接拍桌子大聲吼叫說怎麼會有我這種人!態度說有多差就多差,我也是做服務業的,什麼樣的客人我都遇過,所以我不會提出什麼無理要求,我一開始的態度也都好好的,但最後真的不能忍了,反罵她說:這樣也能自稱店長,笑死人了吧!難道我是來白花時間、白花錢、最後燙失敗還被惡狠狠大聲臭罵的嗎? 我真的不該貪圖離家近冒險給不熟的人弄頭髮,也奉勸大家,泰山這一間上越髮型,還是可以來的,畢竟這跟其他設計師都沒關係,不能因為一個人的評價毀了整間店,但這位店長的行為真的很失職、水準很差,令人傻眼!給一星都太多了。
