I was riding my bike and was waiting for the red light. The driver turned out of the company and almost hit me (just a few centimeters away), and it was still fierce, red light! And there's a truck in front of me, it's forcing me to go somewhere ???

The customer service will only push the responsibility and can't solve the problem at all. This is the biggest problem of UPS. To add another point, it is useless to complain, and the customer's opinion is not taken seriously at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor staff training, miscommunication among staff members, I called the office and waited for 25 minutes to find out that UPS refuse to take responsibility about my package because i provided an i-parcel tracking number. They called me back immediately after 30 minutes to tell me to reschedule the pick up. Time was wasted and I just feel staff could be better trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusted by the lack of transparency when it comes to extra fees. Invoices are sent without informing the receiver electronically or other means.
When I paid the Import fees and taxes for my package, I expected it to be paid in a one time transaction but this is not the case and they sent me an invoice for 'Extra Fees' that I had no idea about. I am highly disappointed in UPS and I will avoid using your services in the future. For those who are thinking of using UPS, take your business elsewhere and use other courier services.
