國內國外的服務品質都很差⋯⋯ 完全不接受！不推薦
說實話若收件目的地不是郵差他們罷工就不使用這家公司的服務項目。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service were professional, but unfortunately UPS have not been reliable at delivering packages - I left my phone number and confirmed my address after several failed delivery attempts, and was told I’d receive the package and a phone call the next day.
Three days later and I received neither the package nor a phone call. When I called to follow up, I was told the “package was abandoned by recipient” and they would no longer deliver it.
I recommend using another carrier if you can help it.
