★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超爛的公司,把我重要文件寄丟,害我重新伸請文件再寄延務一個月。然後跟我說文件沒有價值不理賠,請問有我護照號碼和個人資料,被拿去不法利用這損是失要怎麼算?客服服務超爛,每次講都不一樣。跟我說幾月幾號前回復我,已經三次都沒有回復。我再打給客服,請他直接找負責業務都不肯轉,要我再講一遍,已經很複雜你最好ㄧ分鍾內聽得懂。非常不專業,服務很差。我絕對不會再使用,奉勸大家不要使用。

You'd better understand it within a minute. Very unprofessional and poor service. I will never use it again, I advise you not to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比順豐還要慢又比人家貴,客服也比順豐糟糕。所有問題答案都是,請上網查。保證3個工作天到貨,延誤也不想辦法追貨,什麼都只會說不敢保證,也不會協助追貨改善交期,公司找你來推託的? 還是公司也明顯有問題? 建議大家選擇順豐要好多了,至少態度積極有效率。
It is slower and more expensive than SF Express, and its customer service is worse than SF Express. The answers to all questions are yes, please check online. It is guaranteed that the goods will arrive within 3 working days, and there is no way to chase the goods if they are delayed. They will only say nothing, and will not help chase the goods to improve the delivery time. The company is looking for you to dodge it? Or is the company clearly having problems? I suggest that everyone choose SF Express to be much better, at least the attitude is positive and efficient.
