請問我到底要如何知道要收件
客服沒有要處理,只能藉由此方式
I sent the item 3 times without notice at all. Only a small note was found in the mailbox with no name or any information. The first and third time I didn’t even know it, and then the item was returned inexplicably with additional shipping charges. .
Call customer service
1. No name allowed
2. Not notify the guardhouse
3. Can't call
4. Did not press the bell
How do I know to receive the mail
The customer service doesn’t have to deal with it, only this way

The shop is bullying!
This company is just a UPS store in Taiwan. I sent back some health products from Los Angeles to my elderly mother. She received a call early in the morning to prepare NTD 2,854 for the excise tax. I was informed and called to Taipei. The company asked for payment but the answer was to transfer to HSBC, but the man who claimed to be in charge didn't know three questions! I need your bank address to send money back from Los Angeles? I don't know! Swift Number? Don't know? Can I pay by credit card? No! No delivery will be made without receiving the money!
Since it is an American business, why don't you accept credit cards?
Since it is the supervisor, why don't you understand the rules of international remittance?
The courier's attitude is very good 10 points

To be a service industry supervisor is to help customers solve problems, not to leave them to customers!

UPS later you sent another invoice. Why didn't you get the amount?
It is emphasized that only cash is accepted when the goods arrive. I suspect that you are suspected of tax evasion for 10 points!
Anyway, UPS’s customer service is: Upset Person Service must serve you! It doesn't matter that I will pay the money that should be paid. Paying taxes is a national obligation and responsibility. I will report to the IRS!

The attitude of the customer service staff is very poor, they don't answer the phone calls, the way of handling things is chaotic and extremely irresponsible.

收到貨半個月後還會寄帳單來收錢。 第一張想說算了問客服後繳清也和客服確認後說除非有問題不會聯絡我。 結果過兩天又收到第二張帳單。。。而且還是同一遞送單號的包裹,inovice上名目相同但是不同價格。。。
If you can't use this one, don't use it. I don’t recommend this one very much. It’s better to use DHL FedEx EMS than this one. They have more ways to increase the charges.
After half a month of receiving the goods, a bill will be sent to collect the money. The first one wants to say forget it, ask the customer service and pay it off, and confirm with the customer service that they will not contact me unless there is a problem. As a result, I received a second bill two days later. . . And it is still the same package with the same delivery number, the same name but different price on inovice. . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusted by the lack of transparency when it comes to extra fees. Invoices are sent without informing the receiver electronically or other means. When I paid the Import fees and taxes for my package, I expected it to be paid in a one time transaction but this is not the case and they sent me an invoice for 'Extra Fees' that I had no idea about. I am highly disappointed in UPS and I will avoid using your services in the future. Take your business elsewhere and use other courier services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never could an experience be even worse than having UPS as an international shipping choice.
Package got lost and delayed for weeks, ridiculously overcharged three times the price. Unhelpful and time wasting phone call service with poor and irritating communication skill.
Following is my personal experience with UPS:
My package was shipped on 8/11 and lost for more than ten days. After spending tens of hours emailing back and forth with UPS US and UPS Taiwan, calling UPS delivery agency, and live chatting on the UPS official website, I finally got my package found on 8/27 and delivered to my place on 8/31. (According to the UPS official website, package having UPS worldwide expediated plan from US to Asia will be delivered within 3-5 business days.)
Months later, I received my invoice on 10/15, mistakenly stating my package 17 lbs, which only contains 4 A4-size papers plus one empty envelop (less than a pound), and charging me $291.78.
A call was made on 10/17 to the UPS billing team, the first agent was unwilling to adjust the fee and requested me to prove that my package was less than a pound through the call. How do you prove that? I did provide my tracking number to the agent; if s/he was not that lazy, s/he could easily find the “Proof of Delivery” on the official website clearly stating that my package only weighed “1 lb.” Yet, the agent just didn’t do that and refused to make an adjustment to the bill.
I made a call again on 10/22, and eventually had my fee adjusted; yet still way more expensive than the quote approximately $85 I got on the UPS quote page. UPS still wants to charge me $126.
Because of her poor communication skill, the agent irritated me so badly and I asked her for her name and ID number for filing a complaint against her. The agent refused to disclose her name or ID number.
Never did I receive any apology from any of those UPS teams for having so many inconvenience, aside from UPS on Facebook. Sick!
Okay, UPS, I will pay this bill, but I will absolutely share this disastrous experience online and share it with all my friends and families as well.
