★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and smooth. I received some Cacao samples from Latin America. Ups first did not find my address because I was not registered there so they send it back to their storage area. Great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS PROVIDES TOTAL DISGRACEFUL SERVICES.. UPS Taiwan doesnt want to hand my parcel over unless I pay an import tax. Although I have clearly stated the parcel is containing my own old camera parts that had been previously sent to the USA to get fixed.
So now I have to pay TAX for my own old stuff to be shipped to me , plus I am threaten to pay storage fee if I wont agree quickly!
NEVER EVER UPS AGAIN !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusted by the lack of transparency when it comes to extra fees. Invoices are sent without informing the receiver electronically or other means. When I paid the Import fees and taxes for my package, I expected it to be paid in a one time transaction but this is not the case and they sent me an invoice for 'Extra Fees' that I had no idea about. I am highly disappointed in UPS and I will avoid using your services in the future. Take your business elsewhere and use other courier services.
