UrHouse's service has been great. The agent, Coco, was very helpful with scheduling visits and answering any questions about the process. They also assisted me in signing up for an internet plan. The contract is very well explained and uncomplicated. Very recommended, especially for anyone moving in from abroad. Was able to go through the whole process using just English.

We had the pleasure of being shown around several accomodation options with Adam. The team did a great search for options and solutions in the areas, with the conditions and within the budget we had. We are quite fair and flexible but we got our apartment with all the boxes ticked. On top of that Adam and the UR House team have been brilliant to support with the Chinese language interfaces - going the extra mile to help us. 5 stars , recommended.

I highly recommend Coco if you are looking for an apartment in the greater Taipei area. She is the best! Perfectly bilingual in Chinese and English. She went the extra mile in so many instances: when a listing became available she called and met the landlord right away, was very responsive and communicative (making sure I was updated the entire time), negotiated well on my behalf, and even called the local school to ensure living in the new apartment would allow my kid to attend! Coco is professional, kind, and most importantly is your advocate who gets the job done!

I worked with Adam at UR House to find our place to live in Taiwan. He is the absolute best! After first contacting him on his website and throughout the process of finding a home and renting a home, he was always quick to respond to any questions that I had, and I had a lot of questions. He listened to my needs and only emailed me homes that met as many of my requirements. He was also swift to let me know if a home had been rented and as new homes came on the market. He never tried to push a house on us to get a bigger commission but tried to find the best place for us. During the home visits, he was always at the hotel on time to pick me up; he was very personable and very friendly. He walked through the houses with me and answered any questions I had. He asked the landlord right away if he didn't know the answer to any of my questions. He was very thorough. Once I did find a house, he did a fantastic job of negotiating the price of the home and writing the lease. My home is a corporate rental, so he quickly made the requested updates after the lease went through a review committee at the corporate office. On the day I took possession of the house, he was there for the walk-through to ensure I was protected by notating even the most minor damage to the home. I also want to mention Adam's website. There are not a lot of good websites in Taiwan to find a house that are not in Mandarin. Yes, you can translate the page, but there are always problems with the translation or functionality. Adam's website is fantastic because it is in Mandarin and English, and you don't have any functionality issues. He also has a wide selection of houses and apartments on his website. Adam truly is the best at helping people find homes in Taipei. He knows the city and the rental market extremely well. To really enjoy a new city, you have to have a great place to call home. Therefore, the most important thing is to find a place that you can call home. Use Adam to find that perfect home so you can enjoy the fantastic city of Taipei. You won't regret it.
