產品收到之後有擠壓及破掉的包裝,因此打給客服,客服說拍照後寄到他們的郵箱他們會處理。 問了他們客服mail是什麼,客服說我去我的信箱找Usana的信,內文最下面都會有客服信箱。我也因此複製mail後寄信過去。 到第二個星期都沒有任何聯絡,再打過去問時客服立刻說他們沒收到信,(奇怪,也沒問我是誰會員編號,什麼時候寄的,怎知道我是誰沒收到我的信?)要我再寄一次然後隔十分鐘打給客服確認,我照寄之後,照回電之後,這次客服才說我這是美國的信箱,台灣客服這邊要加TW,後面還要加什麼才是台灣客服信箱。 說真的這都是一開始就可以弄清楚的事情,而不是什麼都照做後,一開始不確認事後才說這樣那樣不對,服務態度令人失望。 (為什麼什麼都要客人確認跟回電?你們商品有問題應該是收到電話就應該負責辦好吧???) 之後為了避免弄錯,當下在電話中直接請客服先寄信到我信箱,我再回信寄給他們拍照照片。 事情還沒完,等到信真的寄過去,客服開始跟我說要換貨,也跟我確認住址後,很確定我們雙方都是說我工作住址,並且當天是我收到換貨後把不良品放進箱子再讓貨運收回。 結果當天貨運來時,我們互相找了半天才知道我在公司樓下而貨運在我住家樓下,並且一直跟我說他很忙繞不過去公司那邊。 回家後發現送貨地址真的是寫住家而非電話中確認的公司大樓。是說,客服到底是對換貨多沒經驗??為什麼在電話中跟我確認半天公司地址最後卻寄到住家??本來只是單純換貨如今對產品已經有不信任感。 拍照回信,聯絡,寄貨運,這麼簡單的事情都做不好,三番兩次只徒增聯絡次數而ㄧ直降低效率及正確度,浪費時間又壞了心情。 箱子打開也只有兩包小包,感受不到營運的誠意。

In order to avoid mistakes, I directly ask the customer service to send a letter to my mailbox on the phone, and then I will reply and send them a photo. The matter was not over yet, when the letter was really sent, the customer service started telling me to exchange the goods, and after confirming the address with me, I was sure that both of us said my work address, and the day I received the replacement, the defective product Put it in the box and let the freight take it back. As a result, when the freight came that day, we looked for each other for a long time to find out that I was downstairs in the company and the freight was downstairs in my house, and kept telling me that he was too busy to get around the company. After returning home, I found that the delivery address was really home rather than the company building confirmed on the phone. In other words, how inexperienced the customer service is to exchange goods? ? Why did I confirm the company address for a long time on the phone but finally sent it to my home? ? Originally it was just a simple replacement, and now I have a sense of distrust in the product. Taking photos to reply, contacting, and sending shipments are not simple things that can't be done well. Repeatedly increases the number of contacts and reduces the efficiency and accuracy. It wastes time and feels bad. There are only two small bags when the box is opened, so I can't feel the sincerity of operation.
