[椰子花蜜糖] 俗稱 椰糖,有多聞稻埕香料館晃逛蒐得。 買時還不知砟用,後來才驚曉,此糖甚寶。由椰子花汁液提煉,升糖指數是所有糖類中最低,還富含氨基酸、微生素與礦物質。妙處說不盡,總之,甚好甚好。 呀,自從有這糖,搞得原本只喝黒咖的我,三不五時也加上。一大茶匙,視覺滿足,黑汁苦消卻香醇不擾,甜得可輕巧。 更讚的是,若盼宅遊印尼或馬來西亞,享受麻六甲風情。勸君逕把奶加上,再多攪個幾匙,便來淡淡椰香。甜似東南亞,沙灘上,椰子樹下。 [薑黃粉] 咖哩常煮,因為我懶。不管啥啥食材,扔一鍋,再加兩份佛蒙特甜咖哩塊,就可以嗑翻天。只是這湯塊原料添加有的看不明白,飽餐之餘,總是輕輕掛念。但,那是以前 ~ 廚藝不精的我自從發現 有多聞 薑黃粉 這好東西後,咖哩仍常煮,但入鍋湯塊頓少一半。剩下的美味添加,便喚薑黃來。 問湯塊減半,薑黃添灑,可有差別?有喔!雖少了甜郁味道,卻趣添淡淡辛香。亮黃揚昇,醬色轉淺,湯汁輕透些。咖哩氣氛不稍減,食材鮮味可嚐現。重點是俺健康感覺。
