環境友善但較狹小，當天帶青少年接觸狗狗，但室內區一次出現太多隻親人的狗狗，讓少女們有點嚇到牠們的靠近，建議可以在室內區控制狗狗的數量，不只可以維持用餐品質，也能讓其他剛開始練習親近狗狗的人可以慢慢學習適應~以達到協會的目的：友善動物教育。

感謝有你們！！ 每隻浪浪有著他們的故事遭遇甚至悲慘的過去，聽到之後心很酸很難過，好在遇到了你們。 一到門口一群圍過來，就像是歡迎大家到來，有幾隻特別黏人會一直跟在身邊☺。想想非常不容易，有些被人類傷害過現在卻與人類親近，這當中要經過多少轉變才有辦法。 當然來到這可以用餐或是購買商品，甚至可以捐款做愛心幫助他們。總之養了就好好愛護，愛他不要棄養他。

The animal shelter. located in Dong-shan Township of I-Lan County, is about 90 minutes, one way, from Taipei. It mainly rescues, cares, medically treats, and No-kill shelters for the doggies at this site, although it is an animal shelter. The center also provides adoption services which requires pre-adoption survey and home visit before adoption decision is made, while it also recommends interested adoption individuals to visit and to walk and to accompany the dogs first. Because it is a NO-kill and rescue shelter, it has sheltered so many dogs which went thorough prior-owner abused or abandoned, car accidents and injuries. But, the doggies at the site seem to be active, playful, clean, healthy and well-cared for by the animal shelter. But, a few doggies seem to have physical scars or injury or handicapped and mental trauma from their misfortunate ordeals and still show distrust to the human beings. The shelter center is clean, organized, and staffs and volunteers are also friendly and helpful tot he doggies and visitors who are interested in the dogs, for adoption or simply for visit. The shelter does have informal sales department for pet related supplies or tools, such as bags, doggie leash, and it also sells coffee or other drinks for the visitors.

Good place to have a coffee and support the shelter! They take care of a lot of dogs that got hit by cars and caught in traps.. they have a good place to stay there
