★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾天前路過進來看看，接待人員態度冷淡，說話口氣酸酸的，感覺很想趕我們走的樣子。也許是因為沒預約的關係？？我們進去之前並不知道要預約，在附近看其他建案也不需預約，如果無法接待或時間很趕之類的話，直接講就好，客人也會理解，用酸人話術來趕人實在令人反感。希望老闆建立一個SOP，適當處理未預約的客人。
也或許是他們因為其他原因覺得我們不會買？只是合理質疑價錢，就叫我們去買別家，不斷強調通常是竹科上班族來買，沒遇過這麼不耐煩的接待。
A few days ago, I passed by and came in for a look. The reception staff was cold and sour and felt like they wanted to drive us away. Maybe it's because there is no appointment? ? We didn’t know that we had to make an appointment before we went in. We don’t need to make an appointment to see other projects nearby. If we can’t receive it or we are in a hurry, we just speak directly, and the guests will understand it. People are disgusted. I hope that the boss will establish an SOP to properly handle unbooked guests.
Or maybe they think we won't buy it for other reasons? I just questioned the price reasonably, so I asked us to buy another house, constantly emphasizing that it is usually the office worker of the bamboo branch to buy it, and I have never encountered such an impatient reception.
