PB不是重點，重點是如何完成跟有趣的過程。
非常建議有想要往高階上課的潛水員
VD freediving 絕對是你們最佳的選擇！

Well worth the aftertaste, just like aged sorghum
PB is not the point, the point is how to complete and interesting process.
Highly recommended for divers who want to take advanced classes
VD freediving is definitely your best choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5* instruction. I always wanted to get my free diving certificate so when a friend mentioned he was going to get certified that weekend so I jumped right in without really understanding what I was going to be doing.
I was really impressed about how through the classroom and water instruction was, but also really surprised how mentally difficult free diving is.
I'll admit it, at times I thought I wouldn't be able to complete the course and get certified. However, with Anthony and Mike's expert guidance (and patience), I was able to get comfortable enough to get down to 15M on day 1, 16M on Day 2, and multiple 20M dives on day 3. I now feel confident I can get to 20M depths regularly and most likely static hold my breath for 3:00+.
I recommend VD free diving if you want to properly learn how to safely free dive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, administratively, this school is awesome! When Covid hit this summer it screwed up my plans to get my WAVE1 cert in time for the summer, but VD was super flexible with the dates and allowed us to carry on lessons over my holiday in December. Additionally, there was some miscommunication on the dates to stay and my accomodation in XLQ and they were super helpful at fixing and organizing me somewhere to crash for the contested times.
Also, JiaYin and Mike were AMAZING coaches. Super patient and encouraging with every dive, which was exactly what I needed to help overcome my mental challenges. I'm so grateful that I put my learning of this amazing lifestyle and meditation technique in their hands! The experience has definitely encouraged me to keep going with my freediving!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructors are all super friendly and skilled. Two main reasons why I went with this free diving school: 1) ENGLISH speaking teachers 2) FLEXIBILITY - I did my pool sessions and first part of theory in Taipei. I really appreciated this flexiblity.
I was able to get my AIDA and Molchanovs certifications, so it was definitely a success with this free diving school. Absolutely recommendable!
