★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天中午點了素食水耕沙拉餐盒+超抗氧綠拿鐵+紫蘇梅醋醬，真是超級無敵好吃、蔬菜超級新鮮，玉米筍還包著皮超級嫩，這麼好吃的餐點天天吃都不會膩，還可以順便減肥，168的一天二餐中至少要有一餐要補足優質蔬菜，超抗氧綠拿鐵也很適合當優質早餐，羽衣甘藍對肝很好。
