又是一個超點的晚餐... 對蔬食者而言,台中真是天堂。 沒有來過蔬食的燒烤店,特地來朝聖一番。 2人沒有點制式套餐,就是想要把特色的菜都點一遍。 晚餐一個人低消6百多元,加上一成服務費,總共7百多。 一不小心點太多澱粉的主食:大阪燒、烤飯糰。 若是2人,建議雞腿和和椒麻雞2選1即可,免得重覆性太高。 七仙女手作烤品拼盤出場時噴著乾冰,非常吸睛,也很有氣勢。所有食材都是2人份。個人覺得加工植物肉太多,反而蔬菜少了,鈉含量太高(實在太渴了,灌了2壺茶)。拼盤裡的山藥、玉米、筊白筍烤起來特別好吃。 日式味噌炭烤米茄非常有特色,肥碩的進口茄子吃起來很過癮,但會燙口,吃的時候要小心。 台灣蔬食實在太厲害了,炸雞腿裡面是一層層豆皮包裹而成,從賣相、口感都非常擬真。 建議服務生若遇到單點的客人,可以到達低消後,在量的建議上幫客人踩下煞車,不然就會像我吃太飽,反而對美食沒有意猶未盡的再期待感。

我不覺得不好吃,有些東西味道還不錯,但是餐點真的沒有多特別,整體感覺也不是間兩人吃快$2000的店,我不會推薦人來這間餐廳。 幾點讓我可能不會想再去: 1. 男服務人員似乎很怕我們聽不到,所以都彎腰在我臉旁邊說話,雖然有戴口罩我還是覺得怪怪的。女服務生好像剛來不久,講的東西都沒頭沒尾。 2. 菜單看來看去一大半是炸物,飲品,套餐,基本上就要你點套餐。我不太理解為什麼單點的品項裡面超過一半都不是烤的,這畢竟是燒烤店阿。我寧願單點,但是真的沒甚麼選擇,套餐裡面有含奶蛋的也都沒有特別標示,服務生也只有在問了才會回答,還說的不是很清楚,所以來了一些我不吃的東西。一開始要求全素的時候就應該很清楚這些事項要說清楚吧?還是我要求太高了?應該一項一項講清楚說明白呢?有全素的選項為什麼一開始不說呢?如果服務只是把盤子端來&收走,這讓我覺得服務費有點冤枉。 3. 一進門就有股燒焦味,也不是烤肉味炭香味,就是有東西燒焦了。現在全身都是焦味。難受。可能是烤盤老闆覺得烤蔬菜而已不用換,所以沒有任何一桌有中途換烤盤的,然後到最後一些沾到的醬料就慢慢地烤到焦掉了。 4. 我們點了兩樣炸物,來的時候已經是涼掉的狀態。我在家透過UberEats點薯條送到家都比較熱。這送餐的服務效率甘納賽。 5. 如果要用素肉或仿肉的素料,就請用好一點的,像一點的,多點選項。有一大部分都是切片的香菇,玉米,山藥,等等。那些串都是抹了醬或醃過的菇類,麵腸等。蔬菜也沒有多新鮮,素肉也沒有很像肉,不太了解這間店的定位是甚麼。要就研發或進一些厲害的素肉把這搞得像真的燒肉店一樣,不然也提供更多新鮮的蔬菜可以配著吃。目前這樣有點四不像,要清淡沒有清淡,要重口味又沒多重口味,要吃食材原味也吃不到,最後吃到的東西跟我去野蔬蔬吃的沒差多少,但卻會貴好幾倍。 6. 很多評價都說這餐點很有特色。會覺得餐點有特色的人都是吃素的嗎?是沒有吃過素以為吃素就是啃饅頭喝白粥然後被嚇到?還是特色是那意義不明的乾冰?可能是期待值太高了,所以我還蠻失望的。 畢竟這是間餐廳,畢竟這條巷子的租金很誇張,貴一點我可以理解,但除非這餐廳有做蠻大的調整變動,我不推薦這餐廳,也不會再光臨了。

Very bad customer service never get the reply when we asked for a question. Two hours is way not enough time for BBQ. We have to rush during our whole meal.

Vegetarian BBQ restaurant. The vibe of this restaurant is great! There is a customer only parking. The restaurant is clean, you don’t have to be afraid of being overwhelmed by the smoke from the BBQ. The staff is friendly. The food ingredients are fresh. Lots of different sauces that you can choose from.
