★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled upon this place on a stroll heading home. Coincidentally I was looking to grab some steamed stinky Tofu and this place showed up.
Service is fast, quality is above average in terms of food. I’ve tried their signature dish which is the stinky Tofu and the presentation is there but as I try out more steamed stinky Tofu spots there’s a stronger depth in the broth of most of the really good stinky Tofu spots. This one was just above average for me. Everything else on the menu should be given a shot, you might like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No frills - just tasty, simple, well-prepared food. Everything tasted super fresh. The stinky tofu is one of the best I’ve had in Taipei - strong but clean-tasting. The bawan are really good, too. The seaweed noodles are very simple and plain. They have lots of small side dishes, and you can ask for a dish of their super-hot homemade chili sauce to spice things up. Really friendly staff. This gem is definitely worth looking for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok, but there are many very good options around so I don't think I would come back. Portion sizes are large, taste is ok but nothing special, the bitter melon noodles were extraordinarily bitter (I love bitter melon, but that was a bit too much). The spiciest option of the spicy stinky tofu was not really spicy, but the added basil gave a nice kick to the soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop owner is nice, but the young man (seems like the owner’s son) is a little bit noisy.
Stinky tofu is delicious and excellent, but in my opinion, it is pricey. $75 for two big pieces of tofu. I have already been here three times. Worth the try.
