My wife got hit by a motorcycle this morning. After the incident, some parts of her bicycle needs to be fixed. To take a chance to get some help, I just lined this shop to seek help. 30 mins later, the manger called me and asked how we were doing while providing to come to pick our bike up to repair. I refused to save trouble and he warmly introduced a shop near my place to fix it. In the view of a costumer, I truly feel their sincere heart and the connection is true and warm. Thank you, Velo City, God bless the enterprise and each one of the group.

I got my front Basil Portland rack and after quite sometime searching around, the guys here managed to get Hebie to post a rear side stand from Germany just for me to 'try first' as my bike frame doesn't accomodate the usual stands. Now that's first class...
Anyways even if you just want to survey stuff, this is the place. Lots of high-end/classic choices to customise your bike.
