我不知道這些五顆星的評價怎麼來的,我只知道我牽小折去換前後外胎,等了一週得到的卻是一條前胎整個胎紋卡滿滿滿的灰塵與髒土,怎麼看都不像全新的(後輪是全新的,所以很好比較)但老闆娘只會跳針重複說:是新的,叫貨來就是長這樣。 但我看到的就是卡了土髒髒舊舊的,感覺很不舒服! 老闆也承諾會幫忙調整變速,但是完全無感,就彷彿完全沒調過,不知道是不會調沒有調還是我車太爛調不好,沒有交代,如果因為我小折不值錢是爛車,不想處理的話可以一開始就不要接,也不要隨便給我一條不知道哪來的髒外胎,這樣的店,一次就夠了! 車子剛牽去時我們有明白表示:如果車子變速調不好需要換線或什麼的可以再告知再報價,但是,店家只是默默交車什麼也沒說。

我是Bee Chen的老公 是當時牽著小折去店家請教老闆的當事人 (當時只有我去) 我相信店家的服務品質肯定不差 可能是如同老闆娘說的店家因為店面搬遷事宜 忙碌中造成了這次不愉快的消費經驗 我覺得我有必要陳述一下過程 當天8月12日(三)下午四點多下著大雨 我開車載著小折到達店家請老闆協助 向老闆說明因為小折好幾年沒有騎 前後輪外胎龜裂需要更換 同時也詢問老闆小保養的價格及包含內容 因為小折的變速有些檔位是變不過去的 也請老闆協助處理看看是不是要更換變速線 或是需要做小保養之類的消費 當時老闆告知我說: 「基本上變速線都還在 都有辦法調整 老實說這台車也沒多少錢 不建議這樣花費 我幫你前後輪換一換變速調一調 鏈條上上油 手把橡膠幫你調正來 這樣就好了 只收你換兩輪的錢就好。」 當下就覺得老闆說話很中肯 會為了消費者設想? 開始要施工時 老闆請老闆娘拿一下小折尺寸的外胎 發現庫存沒了 需要叫(調)貨 與老闆溝通協調後 約定好8月18日(二) 再過來拿車 先跟老闆詢問好前後輪更換的價格 老闆說一輪550 兩輪1100台幣 ok! 主動留了聯絡電話給老闆 也有跟老闆說明 如果需要更換變速線 再跟我說一下 老闆說:好,車好了會打給你。 到了8月18(二)當天都不曾接過店家打電話來 心裡想說雖然沒打給我但是車子肯定好了吧 當天大約下午二點左右 直接到了車店 詢問一下車子好了嗎 ? 老闆娘說:外胎剛送到,但是老闆還沒來耶,要等老闆來才施工。 我:好,沒關係那我明天再過來牽車。 也再留了一次聯絡電話給老闆娘 然後到8月19日(三) 只有老闆娘在店裡 老闆娘說車好了 我們去看一下車發現前輪胎有點怪怪的 我老婆當時反應狀況說話比較直接 但是全都是事實 當下我只想儘快離開現場 付了1300後(老闆娘說後內胎氣嘴處裂了有更換 回到家才發現變速根本一樣是變不過去的⋯ 有給店家聯絡電話 事情其實都可以透過溝通來很簡單處理好 我想要消費來得到店家專業的維修服務 我不是要貪小便宜來凹東凹西 一個外胎550是店家的報價 結果換了一個老闆娘說建議售價1100的外胎? 然後莫名其妙背上貪小便宜的罪(−_−;) 希望這一切都是個不應該發生的誤會 如果多一分溝通 店家打個電話告知 例如:550的外胎停產了?變速線需要更換喔? 諸如此類的,這樣世界多美好! ㊗️店家搬遷順心如意
