感謝小雅美容師對於毛寶貝的用心，我想是因為她本身也是毛寶貝的媽媽，所以對於這些調皮搗蛋的小朋友，才可以付出這麼多耐心去關愛他們啊！

狗狗寄放在這，真的非常安心，每天都會拍照回報，也有24小時監視器可以看到家裡寶貝的狀況，而且每個服務人員真的都非常有愛心❤️

我狗狗威士忌去住宿的時候有親切的保母姐姐照顧牠，住宿期間早晚都會傳照片給我看，也會傳他每天的吃飯的狀況跟大小便的狀況，給我的感覺真的很好?小雅

Think they handle dogs better than cats

I am so disappointed with this pet hotel. We really loved the environment and friendliness of the staff, so we had been bringing our dog here for months. The first issue we had with them was when they put our dog in a kennel with a dog harness. She chewed through the extremely thick dog harness and by the time they noticed, it was shredded to pieces. It was an expensive EZ dog harness that would have taken a long time for any dog to chew through it. They did not do a good job at checking on the dogs while they are in the kennel. The second issue we had with them is really concerning. We left our dog at the hotel for almost ten hours and the hotel forgot to give her food. When we asked them about it, the employee lied and told us that they offered our dog the food but she didnt want to eat it. Our dog always eats her food and she has never had a problem not eating her food at the hotel before. Also, if a dog did not eat food in ten hours, why didnt the employee inform us when we picked our dog up from the hotel? My poor dog was starving when she got home. I will never bring my dog back to this hotel again.

Great place to leave your puppy if you’re going on a trip. The space on the roof is a nice place for the puppies to play in, and the nannies are loving and patient. :) My girl Lucy had a fun stay with them.
