★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was okay although not very authentic Thai. The attitude of the staff was very bad and very surly. In fact I've never experienced such a poor attitude of staff whilst dining out, I think they didn't want to be there. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was okay but service attitude of staff was appalling. The staff were incredibly grumpy and defied the 'land of smiles' reputation. I thought it might be because we were westerners, however they appwared to be the same with everyone. I have never experienced such poor attitude. Would have given 3 stars for the food but the service attitude let it down. I'll be sure to never eat here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tl;dr: If you see the guy in the pic, AVOID AT All COSTS. I've been here a bunch of times but today I was shocked by the incredibly poor service.

This guy first told us there was no more rice. When we said that that was fine and still wanted to eat there, he told us that the wait would be 20 mins since they needed to clean the (already clean) empty tables.
Next, he continues to ignore us for a good 5 mins and when we ask if needs our info for the waitlist, he goes "of course," but doesn't ask for info. About 2 mins later, he then proceeds to tell me that he doesn't think the chefs will be able to make dishes for us, so "he can't put us on the waitlist anymore."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creative Thai restaurant located in SOGO department store. May be crowded at dinner time; you can register yourself to the queue by using the machine next to the restaurant entrance. Foods are good but the price is high. I do not appreciate the music they play; pretty annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order takeouts for Father’s Day through Oddle today. Remember to tall a staff from the restaurant that you park in the department store because they can get you 1 hour free parking.
Even during peak hours, the staffs here go above and beyond to make sure the food and services are excellent. Food is delicious and well-packed for takeouts.
Some of the dishes are not available because of a few accidents happened to the store staffs. However, the staffs quickly respond and offer wonderful alternatives. Many thanks for your endeavors to make this experience wonderful.
