★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 360 view of the Kenting national park. You can see all the way to the southern most tip of Taiwan. It's very windy at the top so bring a coat.
The top floor has a cafe with snacks and an indoor viewing area but the real highlight is going up to the roof.
There is an elevator on the ground floor that will take you to the cafe if your legs are tired from all the walking up to that point. But you still need to take one set of stairs to the top. Well worth it.
The spot is also Central to many other attractions in the park.
