Best hotspring in Taipei. Great staff, service, amenities, huge hotspring area with only very few people. Snacks, drinks etc all included in the price. Also restaurant offers creative & delicious food.

Did not stay overnight but booked a 90 mins spa with fine dining lunch. Price is relatively reasonable for a 5 star hotel. Private spa room amenities were excellent, towel, snacks and water all provided. Fine dining me was awesome, food taste extremely good. Service throughout the hotel was top tier. Recommend this place very much!!

Finally we got the room through Trip.com at the end of long weekend. The hospitality of the hotel is excellent. We really enjoyed the stay from the time of check-in till check-out. All the employees are well trained and considerate. The foods are really good for both dinner & breakfast. Breakfast was served in room, that was really amazing. I would recommend my friends and family members to go. As the hotel has only 5 rooms available, it’s very difficult to book the room. Instead of staying in the hotel, we chose to have hot spring bath before the dinner to enjoy the hot spring. The atmosphere and service for the hot spring are very good. The dinner is also enjoyable. You may feel the hard working of the Chef from designing the Menu by visualizing the dishes and painting in the menu cover, that is like a postcard look. Each menu is different. The Chef uses local ingredients to present in western ways without losing the taste. I was surprised that local steak tastes so tender and delicious. The service is very good as the manager and the servers know what they are doing. The only lacking piece is that we have no chance to stay one night after having the dinner.

Booked a private hot spring room (5 available) by emailing the night before. They replied promptly in the morning. Lovely grounds, great service. Would definitely recommend coming here for the hot spring. There are some free snacks and toiletries available in the room.

Well known for its low key luxury hot spring hotel (5 large suites only)and dining. Lunch here was very enjoyable, quiet (guests older than 16 yrs only), relaxing, comfortable, with excellent services. The set dining starting at $1,380, was flavorful, fresh tasting and visually pleasant. Steak and scallops were both excellent, cooked perfectly to allow the flavors thru. The crab, though fresh, was grilled on charcoal which unfortunately had too much bitter taste. The pork was just okay. Surprisingly, my favorite was actually the small salad that had a fantastically refreshing dressing.

This was absolutely amazing. The hot springs were unreal! They separated men and women. There were 8 hot & cold springs to enjoy plus a fantastic personal hot spring in your room. The service was next to none - everywhere we went they were waiting for us to guide us where we wanted to go. Absolutely amazing!!

Staying here was relaxing and a nice break from our busy schedule. We stayed in the Sakura room and it was nice and spacious—some small details were a bit old and probably needs to be updated but overall, no big complaints about the room. The onsen was great for my skin so was happy with that. We didn’t eat dinner here because most people I know recommended that we opt out of this meal option. (Their breakfast was fine.) Can tell there was some thought and effort put into the hotel guidelines in terms of customer service but the execution by their staff was definitely lacking. From being assumed to be onsen guests instead of hotel guests as we were leaving for dinner (in an off-putting and maybe even low key condescending kind of way?) to overhearing staff complain about a customer who phoned in the morning to ask questions, I’d say a lot more work needs to go into employee training. Only one girl who showed me around the public onsen came anything close to resembling a luxury hotel employee who demonstrated good enough hospitality and poise. Quite a shame, because the hotel really is pretty and the spring water is great. Still giving this 4 stars, though, because we have been trained to stop caring so much about service after so many weak performances at various hotels and restaurants around Taiwan. Supposedly finding reliable and good employees is an issue that many employers face so…still 4 stars with that taken into account.

This is class. Discreet environment, perfect facilities, perfect organization. Those are the secrets of this place. Secret like the entrance, in a small corner just uphill. But once you enter, a world of relaxation is in front of you. The place is a real villa, the feeling is like to stay at home. Need to book in advance. I'm very pleased.
