Villa Like Massage & Spa

I treated two of my friends to a massage here after reading all of the reviews and we were profoundly impressed. The women were wonderful! They welcomed us in, gave us new slippers, took us to a cozy and relaxing space to unwind with an unnaturally delicious ginger tea. The three of us were in a spacious room together for our massages (it looked like they could fit 6!). The massage itself was great.. I'm a massage therapist myself and could really appreciate their precision, techniques, and efforts. I highly recommend this place and wish we had anything like it in the USA?

Wow! the massage here is breath taking. The technical knowledge of the staff is very high. I tried three masseurs they all gave me a consistent level of massage. Great improvement of my chronic lumbar problem. The customer focus and service is really five star. I strongly recommend.

It's my first experience to visit Villa like and I was arranged to the room next to the busy street. The entire 60 mins was supposed to be relax, on the contrary, it was super tense. The motorcycles and ambulance drove by all the time, and the noisy can easily gone through the wall, even though the masseuse provided an excellent service, it cannot help with the noisy issue. Later on, I've learned that there are three ladies who came in at the same time as me were arranged to the better and quieter room as they are models/influencers who are able to enjoy 60% off by taking pictures and checking in without asking for the quieter room at the front. I paid full price but got a lousy room just because I didn't know there's a difference. How could I possibly know I should ask for the quieter room when making an appointment if it's my first visit? I didn't feel any sorry from the receptionists after giving them my feedback, still, just the discriminated treatment from their attitude.

Normally I go to another location. Just happened to be around the neighborhood and this was more convenient. Smaller, but comfortable, nice decor. My massage was good, consistent with other location. Had a problem, there was construction going on close by which was using the drills and that drilling noise continued for almost half of the two hour massage. I didn't request to change room because I didn't think that would make any difference. I said something to my massage therapist, she apologized for the noise. I think we both were hoping it would go away quickly. Nope! The management didn't come in. Finally, before I left the facility, I told the receptionist that they should have told me about the construction ahead of time and the noise gave me a headache. He apologized and gave me a $500 discount coupon. I wish they had either told me beforehand or gave me a different room if that made a difference. My massage was not enjoyable!

Place is decent, massage was good. The whole vibe was relaxing and you get tea and cookie after.

Wonderful massages for a great price. Many of the massuese speak English if you do not speak Mandarin. They listen to you about aches and pains so you get the best massage for you. I recommend buying the package deal. Oh and their ginger tea is delicious?

They stay open late (3 a.m.)and have great service. They even allowed me to book a 1.5 hour massage at 1:30 a.m. Great therapists. Very relaxing atmosphere and really good ginger tea. It's pricey but money will be well spent here.
