★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They assist me friendly, but the reception was really hard to approach through call, they are always busy. Please be patient when calling, wait at least few minutes for them to pick up your call.

experience when renewing my passport. Initially was not easy to get through by
phone. Perhaps because of the high volumes due to pandemic. I called when they were just about to open door for business or just before they closed for the day. Chances of getting through might be higher.
Thumbs up to those ladies working there. They changed the stereo type of people's attitude towards government departments.
