台北101店顧店的員工非常惡劣 我們借兩台車 其中一台車一開始就沒充飽電 假好心說要給我們多一個電池 結果那個電池只能用半小時 三小時的時間有一小時在等待救援 打給顧店的員工告訴我們電池沒電的情況 他跟我們說 "你們就慢慢滑回來吧 時間不算 你們這樣講我怎麼聽的懂阿" 一副老大不小,完全沒有要救援的意思 好在我之前在淡水店租過車 找老闆幫忙才讓那個101顧店的員工來幫我們換電池 因為我們的位置離水門有一點距離(腳踏車租借站觀山站),再加上我們路不是很熟,於是將定位的資訊傳給了老闆, 結果那個員工不會看定位資訊一直打電話問說 "你們到底在哪裡" "在自行車道上的話阿我騎機車是要怎麼進去啦" "告訴我哪一個水門是聽不懂喔?" 態度真的非常差,後來我就說那我牽車到你到的水門位置, 他說"你牽車是要牽多久啦","我還要顧店ㄟ ""今天都弄你們就飽拉" "你這樣我都不用做生意拉" "快點!!!" 結果我牽了快一公里他才悠哉的騎另一台車過來幫忙,一來就開始嗆聲,"從哪一個水門進來你竟然不知道阿" "阿這個就這樣就可以動了阿" 那台車只能維持時速十公里左右,我騎車的時候他在後面不斷的碎碎念, "不會騎右邊一點喔? 看到前面有車來幹嘛減速,繞過就好啦!" "會不會騎車拉?" 我隱忍下來,等騎回店內再跟老闆說明,老闆有跟我們道歉車子的問題,不過我當時還沒跟老闆講這位員工的誇張行徑,這位員工在老闆面前就裝的一副很客氣的樣子,實際上根本就不是一回事。 這件事讓我對租借電動車的觀感非常的差,沒想到當車子有問題的時候,你們員工的態度是這個樣子,以後絕對不會再到101店租車,淡水店的話就看老闆有沒有誠意去處理這個員工的問題了。
