後來去別的品牌看車...跟他們閒聊最近看車的經驗，才知道原來這業務的名聲...嗯....

可以理解服務業的辛苦，但真的需要改進，謝謝。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃完晚飯約莫七點多八點，最近剛好有想要換車的念頭，所以到該展間想要看新車，但走進去展間，沒有服務人員上來接待，門前櫃台也沒有任何員工，找到業代人員表白想要看哪台車，業代人員直接用手一指，從頭到尾沒有任何介紹，雖然每個業代的銷售手法雖有不同可以理解，但在業代人員身上沒有看到任何歡迎賞車的態度，賞車心情非常糟糕，希望原廠可以正式這樣的問題，不然福斯汽車的業代專業度實在令人失望。
After dinner, it was about seven or eight. Recently, I just wanted to change the car. So I wanted to see a new car in the booth, but when I walked into the booth, no service staff came up to receive it, and there was no employee at the front counter. The industry representative confessed which car he wanted to see. The industry representative pointed to it directly. There was no introduction from beginning to end. Although the sales methods of each industry representative were different and understandable, they did not see anything in the industry representative. The attitude of car appreciation is welcome, and the mood of car appreciation is very bad. I hope that the original factory can formalize this problem, otherwise the professionalism of Voss Motors is really disappointing.
