★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為一些小問題回廠維修,專員陳峯毅先生及技師都有詳盡解說,可以修理的部分也盡量幫我修理,不會要求我要更換新的零件,在不影響安全的前提下尊重客戶的決定,感覺很棒!

但貴公司出險流程是否有問題,或是員工作業疏失呢?
一開始四月初報出險後,將車子送回保養場,兩天後接到電話說因缺A零件無法維修,需要德訂零件
這次德訂A零件等了兩個多禮拜後,再次預約把車送回保養場,兩天後接到電話說因人為疏失把我B零件撞壞了,詢問我要維修B零件還是德訂新的零件,我選擇訂新的
過了兩個多禮拜再次詢問B零件狀況時,她回覆我說現在車子缺的C零件還沒到貨,我反問她不是因為B零件撞壞了在等B零件到貨嗎?她卻回我:沒有,B零件一直都有,現在在等C零件,那C零件要等禮拜一時才能幫你確認何時到貨
到了禮拜一再次電話詢問時,回我說:公司信件回覆三個字”六月到”
我想請問是維修的哪個環節出了問題呢?還是員工作業訂料出問題?
為什麼不在四月初的時候就先確認所需的零件並A、C零件一起訂呢?或許是第二次去的時候才發現需要C零件嗎?那如果是這樣,為什麼還要騙說B零件撞壞了呢?
我從桃園開去新竹,這樣來來回回的
上下班開車通勤,每一次進場時我都要先處理好我怎麼上下班,但卻一次次無法維修
這次還說要等到六月,請問六月要在等到七月嗎?
