技師沒經過車主同意便將其前/後檔玻璃噴水用雨刷刷過,導致: 1. 尾門變髒,如圖。 2.前擋玻璃原本就髒了,若用雨刷去刷他,玻璃表層會有產生刮痕的風險。 不知道為什麽會去動到雨刷⋯問題看來可能沒有什麼,但是有些車主對於這些細節很在意,車主沒有用雨刷去污就是有其用意,這是保護車玻,拿到車子後真的很無言⋯

斗南廠的技師很專業,相較台南廠我覺得有點落差,不會是我的錯覺吧!

昨天晚上快九點在斗南交流道爆胎,到營業所求救時,保養廠人員都下班了。 好險有當天晚上值班的兩位同仁(不曉得姓名),非常積極的幫忙找尋輪胎廠協助處理,我們一家人才能順利回台中。 感謝妳!還耽誤了下班時間,謝謝!

1/20回原廠處理後續。補充說明以下幾點問題。 目前對保固認定,與維修責任歸屬上有爭議。 針對車內部零件脫落,進而造成雨刷臂下降,去刮傷前檔風玻璃的事件有爭議。 有詢問到其他福斯車主,也發生過,雨刷臂高度下降,去刮傷玻璃事件。 1:為什麼他在保固期內,原廠全權負責修復玻璃?而我的保固內,卻只負責修復一半費用?(真正造成雨刷損壞原因還是不明,但雨刷造成玻璃刮傷是事實,後來原廠有同意玻璃修復全額吸收) 2:我的車輛也都只回原廠進行保養。 3:請原廠更明確指出,受什麼樣的外力?什麼樣的動作?什麼樣因素?會造成零件脫落?讓其他車主也能注意防範,也說明的很模糊。(原廠說要針對性的全力去重壓才會造成橡膠圈脫落,所以是誰會去把雨刷拉起來重壓…這點就不知道了,所以也不知道要怎麼防範) 4:我不會去動到雨刷臂,與其內部零件,保固認定與維修責任歸屬上,希望能取得共識。(車子保固五年,所以雨刷保固內維修,玻璃刮傷原廠吸收) 5.維修雨刷時,在拆卸過程把塑膠飾板拆壞,因為要從德國寄來,所以要等到年後(大概一個月),目前雨刷飾板那就一個洞,所以原廠也不能保證這個洞不會造成引擎室的零件損壞!(因為原廠請顧問開保證給我們時間上無法配合,所以雨刷飾板被拆壞的部份,原廠先拆福斯廠內備用車來更換,因為還很新就這樣沒有要再等新物料來再做更換了) 補充:本身很愛福斯這品牌,也牽第三輛福斯的車,也是第一次遇到這問題,福斯的接待和後備服務都很好,只是拆壞和備料福斯疏忽了,加上玻璃刮傷上有修復費上的爭議,最後由副廠長出面協商圓滿落幕)

(The original factory said that the rubber ring will fall off only if the pressure is fully targeted, so who will pull up the wiper and press it... I don't know this, so I don't know how to prevent it) 4: I will not touch the wiper arm, its internal parts, warranty identification and maintenance responsibility, I hope to reach a consensus. (The car is guaranteed for five years, so the wiper is repaired within the warranty, and the glass scratches are absorbed by the original factory) 5. When repairing the wiper, the plastic trim panel is demolished during the disassembly process. Because it has to be sent from Germany, it has to wait until the end of the year (about one month). At present, there is a hole in the wiper trim panel, so the original factory cannot guarantee this. Holes will not cause damage to parts in the engine compartment! (Because the original factory asked the consultant to provide us with a guarantee that we could not cooperate in time, so the part of the wiper trim panel was demolished, the original factory first dismantled the spare car in the Foss factory to replace it, because it is still very new, so there is no need to wait for a new one. materials will be replaced again) Supplement: I love the brand of Volkswagen very much, and I also have a third Volkswagen car. This is the first time I have encountered this problem. The reception and backup service of Volkswagen are very good, but the dismantling and material preparation are negligent.
