我因為車機連藍芽跟CarPlay都會狂斷線,開五分鐘可以斷6.7次,回原廠檢查3次(光請假就不知道噴多少錢了)? 都檢查不出原因,最後一次說我因為換過天線跟倒車顯影,所以導致車機斷線無法查出原因,叫我全部換回原廠的配件才可以查出結果。 我說把倒車顯影連結的線拔掉不就好了??(當初出廠本來就沒裝倒車顯影),試問我要怎麼換回原廠?? 然後技師說你沒換回去,我們檢查不出來,就沒辦法解決問題,我聽到也是傻眼,這種不合邏輯的回答也可以講的出來? 叫我去處理好再回來檢查⋯那你們要開始當初為甚麼第一次檢查就沒有問題?我來來回回3次檢查,最後扯一個我有裝倒車顯影?? 這種服務態度跟技術,讓我真的對福斯的車失去信心⋯說出來大家參考一下吧。

(There was no reversing camera installed at the factory), how can I change it back to the original factory? ? Then the technician said you didn't change it back, we couldn't check it out, and there was no way to solve the problem. I was dumbfounded when I heard it. Can such an illogical answer be said? Ask me to deal with it and then come back for inspection... Then why did you start the first inspection without any problems? I checked back and forth 3 times, and the last one I did was to install the reversed car to develop? ? This kind of service attitude and technology makes me really lose confidence in Volkswagen's car... Let me give it a reference.

這是一個很差很差的遭遇!!對!沒錯,就是在桃園福斯保養廠發生的遭遇! 車子因為一個月內,發生變速箱無法入檔的情況三次,趕快請假預約入廠維修,特別告知「要檢查變速箱的狀況」。 當天入廠交車前,特別再跟接待提醒!!但是,當天第一次回電時,報完維修價格後,我問了詹接待員,他跟我回覆,檢查過沒有問題,等等再重灌軟體就好了!!聽完後,感覺神奇,沒事?!怎麼可能?!這跟我用車的狀況明顯不一樣!!所以,直接跟接待員強烈抱怨,並請他再檢查一下!! 第二次通電話,詹接待員說,經過檢查故障碼,是變速箱液壓傳感器故障,也就是俗稱的「閥體」故障,所以,維修加工資要七萬多? 不是說沒事?!是因為第一次連插電腦檢查故障碼都沒做,就跟我說沒事!!這樣差勁的服務態度,到底這麼大的公司是否有人在督導稽核??明明都指定要檢查變速箱,卻擺爛不做,這就是福斯的服務品質嗎?! 閥體故障,一查保固剛好兩年又七天,剛剛好過保七天,所以,第一次接待員直接說車主自己處理,經過兩天的爭取,車廠願意給四成善意保固折扣,我該謝謝他嗎?明明在保固期限內就已接二連三出現問題,就因為七天過保,一開始不顧車主權益,要車主自負維修費用,這真的是福斯汽車的品質嗎??兩年都撐不到!! 投訴無門,只好來這邊投訴!!

After listening, it feels magical, okay? ! how is this possible? ! This is obviously different from the condition of my car! ! So, complain directly to the receptionist and ask him to check again! ! During the second phone call, the receptionist Zhan said that after checking the fault code, it was a failure of the gearbox hydraulic sensor, which is also commonly known as a "valve body" failure. So, the repair and processing cost would cost more than 70,000 yuan? Didn’t you say it’s okay? ! It's because I didn't even plug in the computer to check the fault code for the first time, so I told me it was okay! ! With such a poor service attitude, is anyone supervising audits in such a large company? ? Obviously, they all specify to inspect the gearbox, but they don’t do it. Is this the service quality of Flowserve? ! The valve body is faulty, and the warranty is just two years and seven days after inspection, which is just over seven days. Therefore, the first time the receptionist directly said that the owner will deal with it by himself. After two days of fighting, the car factory is willing to give a good-faith warranty discount of 40%. I should thank him NS? Obviously, problems occurred one after another during the warranty period. It was because of the seven-day warranty. At the beginning, the car owner’s rights and interests were ignored and the car owner was required to pay the maintenance fee. Is this really the quality of Volkswagen? ? Can't hold it in two years! ! There is no way to complain, so I have to come here to complain! !

因車輛方向盤微轉動會有類似叩的異音及開啟冷氣就會聽到明顯水流動的聲音,所以預約110/10/31回廠做查修,檢測結果需換方向機與冷氣膨脹閥等相關零件。 接待人員與技師當下就做了錄影資料。我簽了名之後回家等待消息,一星期後(11/4)接待人員打電話來說保險公司要車主也提供一份車子出現異音的影片,我的車2.9年(是屬第3-4年保固期),原廠是委託保險公司保固。 當下覺得福斯付大把保險費給保險公司,原廠出具的損壞證明資料竟然無法讓保險公司信服,保險公司這不是在刁難車主是什麼?!我告訴接待人員說我下班就會錄影,結果錄出來的品質雜訊很多,我也不知道行不行,所以決定11/4當晚我傳了訊息跟我錄的影片給當初買車的業務楊嘉仁先生請他幫忙協助這件保固事宜,楊先生回覆「對你不好意思,我來協助」,結果11/8早上10點打line給楊先生,沒接電話他回覆說在開會,開完會再聯繫我。結果等到11/9楊先生也沒回電,我就當他很忙忘了,反而下午我接到接待人員電話問我是否有錄影片的事,我向接待人員敘述自己錄的影片品質不知道是否可以派上用場時,他就說他來處理影片的事,讓我感受接待人員態度蠻積極的。 反倒是我詢問了一下,得知楊先生並沒有去實行他說過的「我來協助」後,心裡感受非常差,所以順便在此不推薦這位業務楊先生。

第一次過去保養 我目前給滿分 工作人員都會打招呼 服務很貼心到位 不會逼著你要幹嘛 不知道是否因為是第一次 觀察一陣子看看
