福斯汽車號稱10年的防鏽保固,車子才開五年A柱沒有受傷沒有撞擊沒有重新鈑烤就鏽了,回原廠處理,按照流程說要進行檢測程序,回廠一次等消息然後就沒聯絡,透過0800反應才再聯絡,請我再去一次檢測,這次檢測完還是沒聯絡告訴我後續該如何處理。等了五個月去電新莊廠留言仍然得不到回覆。再上網站客服留訊息仍然不回應,再打0800反應,終於等到新莊廠回覆,打來說公司不保固。 問說這五個月為什麼都沒有人主動跟我聯繫後續該如何進行先不管你要不要保固最起碼都要讓車主知道,得到的答案是承辦人員離職了….. 承辦人員離職難道工作不用交接嗎?這是理由嗎?長達五個月的鏽蝕保固處理程序顯示出福斯原廠的管理螺絲實在是鬆得太誇張,這樣的處理態度,請問各位車主,你放心與他交易或者之後把車子交給他們保養嗎?

必須先說,業務的態度跟專業度都非常好。 但是開一段時間到保養廠現場的態度真的令人大開眼界非常傻眼。 今天上午顯示胎壓有問題我本來快到公司然後繞到福斯想說速速處理一下,之前開其他廠牌的車在胎壓問題的處理都非常快不管在哪個縣市哪個點,畢竟天氣一冷常常會發生,然後,新莊福斯的人居然說要等到下午,不然就是一般輪胎店都可以處理。 因為相信福斯的產品跟服務所以選擇它,然後後續需要服務的時候卻是得到這樣的回覆,氣死!!!
