★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took three days before the customer service to call me and make sure which car did I want to take a look, and since then there is no further information. I got a phone call after “a week” I make a reservation on line. Not to mention the sells person impolitely ask what car did I purchase, especially when I tell him I don’t want to say.
I have no idea that the service of Volkswagen is so bad, never consider this brand !!
