Delicious food but no service

Reasonable price, while expect to wait in the line during lunch time in week days.

Decent food quality. Enough quantity. Lunch time during weekdays is always full, expect a long line 20 to 45 minutes waiting time.

Not a fancy place to eat, so most of it is self served, which is fine considering their pricing. However I've visited here a couple of time and I find the food doesn't have consistent quality. The same dish tasted so different within just a week's difference. I'd expect they have an SOP to follow in the kitchen. Also don't order most of the appetizers, they taste like microwaved food.

Nice beef bowl rice with free refill miso soup and tea. The tea ran out as it was near closing time.

(Update) We just had dinner here again and decided to change the 4-star rating to a 5. After checking off all the elements in our dining experience, they deserve a 5-star. The yakiniku was delicious, the rice was delicious, the self serve all you can eat miso soup was delicious (to my surprise), the all you can eat lettuce was fresh and delicious, the place was clean, well lighted, nicely decorated, comfortable, the service was friendly. All in all, very good experience for us. (End update) We were looking for a new place to get some extra proteins and we certainly found one. This totally felt like one of those busy alleyway restaurants in Tokyo. There’s a sign on the sidewalk near the entrance of a long narrow staircase which lead to the 2nd floor dinner. Go for the set menus for best values. The miso soup and tea is self serve and all you can eat. As well as the rice and fresh lettuce can be refilled upon request. The yakiniku is juicy and flame grilled to perfection. I will frequent this restaurant without a doubt.
