前不久去你們那裡做基本保養,說11:00會好,到了11:30都還沒接到通知,打去詢問進度、所得到的答案令人傻眼:「早就好啦!不是跟你說11:00嗎?」我和我認識的人,無論是Toyota、Honda、Audi、Hyundai或是國產的裕隆都會主動跟客人保持聯繫,過程中若有發現不在保養清單裡的問題會告知並取得同意才進行維修,但已經來你們這裡幾次了,從來不主動聯絡,而且沒有經過同意直接換$700的零件,後來追問才知道只不過是個燈泡。請問燈泡是什麼材質?!我從來沒有用過那麼「高檔」的貨。我堅持不付這多出來的$700還被你們訓,說你們好心沒好報,客人 (我) 故意刁難。請問如果是你,突然要你吐出$700換個明明不到$200的東西,你感受如何? 今天會終於爆發是因為11:30才知道車子「早就好了」,我到你們保養廠最快也要12:00,但你們那個時候已經午休,要到下午1:30才能牽車。我1:29到了服務台要牽車,服務生竟然說「現在還沒1:30」,要我等。你們耗掉了我至少90分鐘的寶貴時間 (只從中午12:00-1:30算,不跟你們計較完工到詢問中間所浪費掉的時間),現在來跟我計較60秒!有沒有搞錯啊?!後來我真的等… 等到2:00才終於把車「順利」牽走。 你們從一開始到事情結束給人感覺錯都不在你們,都是客人的不對,而客人反應這些情形被你們視同來亂,沒事幹來找雜。真是不可理喻!

貴公司接待小姐素質實在有夠糟糕。通知車子保養好了過去卻又說還在開單又空等了半小時。對於保養項目也一問三不知。自己都不了解項目有何用途為何還有辦法建議客人消費難道是業績壓力?離譜至極的是居然戴著耳機再回覆。今天不是說花錢的最大。難道這不是最基本的禮貌嗎?(拿掉耳機),基於信任專業詢問卻換來不耐煩及擺臭臉。這是原廠應該有的態度嗎。要不是最少填一顆星評分連拿一顆星都不夠格!希望貴公司加強員工訓練。
