影像非常的糟糕，尤其夜間使用幾乎等於浪費電，還會經常發生 SD 卡中的影片全部壞檔，日期時間也經常歸零，這樣糟糕的品質還能稱作"行車記錄器"來販售？

Very poor service after you purchase their products, they will tend not to serve once you bought their dashcam, very bad experience. When you just bought their dashcam, they are friendly and supportive and will say yes to whatever your request is but after that, your nightmare begins. Not just the employees at the company provide poor service, even the owner as well, when you are they to fix your dashcam the sales act as if he is so busy and ignore you and just calls other people to serve you as they don't want to serve you themselves and always telling you he is always busy doing online sales (fb life media), so does it mean a customer who walks into their office is not a customer at all?...the worst purchase experience of my life, stay away don't buy from them or you will regret but if you really still want to buy from them, I intend you to ask for a NDA for both parites just to be on the safe side otherwise whatever is not written down on paper and just verbal promises will no longer be promised. Yes, their dashcam is cheap but don't forget, cheap products hardly comes with good quality products it all affects on the type of materials used as well as lens used. Also cheap products when something defective happens, they will not tend to own up, they will say they test it 100% and did not find any problems, they tend to hide their products problems. One other very important thing, don't trust their user manual, the manual is not 100% correct, because I purchased a dashcam and mentioned it can record sound when I looked at the user manual, which I then found out it doesn't record sound and brought this concern to them which they replied to me that their user manual is just for reference and we need to test all the functions by ourselves to verify, I mean come on, which supplier does this to customers?
