是在pinkoi 上買的 但沒地方留售後服務的評論只好留這裡了
買不到一年電池沒電 在保固內所以送回原廠換電池
兩個月後又沒電…
聯絡客服說可以送回原廠檢修 前前後後聯絡一個多禮拜
一直沒寄回還要人家催…
原來這樣也可以做生意
更傻眼的是送回來只剩錶心(圖)
這時客服的態度才變得較為積極??
客服說送回來的錶帶是新的 但上面明顯有使用痕跡
或許是當初寄下去我原本的那條吧 只是何必騙我是新的
如果整個流程需要時間處理明明就能好好說明 為何要便宜行事?
貴公司賣的手錶可不便宜呢

I haven't sent it back and I have to be reminded...
So you can do business like this

The customer service said that the strap sent back is new, but there are obvious signs of use on it
Maybe it’s the one I originally sent, but why bother to lie to me that it’s a new one
If the entire process takes time to process, it can clearly explain why it is cheaper to do it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品質真的有夠差,花了4千多,買了ㄧ顆機械錶,保固ㄧ年,我已送修4次,送修一次,差不多要等一個月,等於兩個月送修一次,比路邊攤的還要爛,爛透了!

因為FB跟其他門市無法評論才來這邊留言
色差極大!錶帶照片上是咖啡色,收到卻是土黃色,於是退貨
退款時間註明7-14個工作天,期限到了甚至超過一段時間都還沒退,***重點是也不讀不回訊息,但用其他帳號問問題會回噢^^
之後連續打了3天電話前兩天都說當天會退款,但都沒退^ ^
浪費別人的時間跟電話費,客服甚至一聲抱歉都沒說過
這麼讚的購物經驗一定是要跟身邊的親朋好友還有大家分享啊~~~
畢竟分店那麼多、怕大家也體驗受到同樣的經歷~
FB無法評論真的是太可惜了…(怎麼不開評論呢?
