在這裡住過一年多 極度不推薦這個公寓 1.隔音極差 這裡沒有水泥牆 隔音差到隔壁的人講電話你都能聽的很清楚的程度。早上6點鄰居的小孩一哭鬧，整棟樓都不用睡了，聽的一清二楚父母也沒在管。管線的水聲和水閥聲也聽得很清楚，每天鄰居早上5點一用廁所，就要被那個咭——聲吵醒，每次有人用水都會聽到 2.由於隔間很薄，鄰居ㄧ煮菜你的房間也會全是味道，臭到必須打開自己房間窗戶通風 3.外國人多。這裡很多外國人水準都挺差的，房間音樂開超大聲，加上每週末晚上直接在房裡開趴，音樂動茲動茲大聲到你的房間家具都在震動，都不用睡了 4.很容易積灰塵。由於不是水泥牆，房間窗戶及牆有縫隙，風又很大，三四天沒打掃整個房間就佈滿灰塵，除非你有每兩三天整個房間大掃除的習慣，否則我肯定你房間一定到處是灰塵 另外要小心這裡的房東，退房時各種刁難，兩個月預付租金東扣西扣不退你錢，想住這裡真的要三思

Do not rent at this building! The walls are so paper thin that you can hear EVERYTHING, music, talking, babies etc. I was so glad when we finally left. YOU have been warned.

There are two downsides that could be a deal breaker: soundproofing is often poor, and AirBNB here has gotten out of control and has made this place into an illegal hotel. Note that the other reviews mentioning short-term rental are doing so illegally. This has caused the staff to begin babying the guests; so no rooftop access for the Taipei 101 New Year's fireworks and closed access to most facilities after midnight, every day. Sound proofing is very poor in most units since the walls are not thick enough or not the right material. You will hear detailed conversations from neighboring apartments crystal clearly, which can become a major annoyance. Thankfully, most neighbors are quiet during most hours, although the tour operator guests are not. Indeed, an alarming number of the units are AirBNB and the "guest apartments" are run by an Asian tour operator, so the building has become an illegal hotel. The guests are ever-present and while most are well-behaved, the ones for the tour operators party late into the night and make a lot of noise. There have been a few instances where one might be loud and leave the strong smell of alcohol and smoke in the hallways and elevators. Some would bring up lots of their friends to party on the roof-top huts every weekend (it was noisier than a bar on the upper levels), but that's died down since the building stops the elevators to the roof at midnight. This is also why you can no longer view Taipei 101 during fireworks here; the roof is locked on New Year's Eve. It also means that most facilities are locked after midnight and door service stops at that time too. I do feel the hosts are telling the guests to be low-key. But there are some hosts and guests that don't seem to care, and so sometimes you see some very obviously shady people that are obviously renting the place for 'hourly' purposes. AirBNB rentals have also artificially raised the price of rent in the building because landlords believe renters can pay much more when in fact it is only AirBNB hosts who do so. There are not that many higher-standard apartments in the immediate vicinity, so W110 stands out. The staff are very competent and friendly, and the facilities are good. The treadmill room is well put together with a nice selection of TV channels to keep you entertained. The sky pool is nice, and there are places to relax on the roof. Also hidden are a relaxation room and a yoga room, which are good bonuses. People are generally very friendly within the building, and there is never any actual trouble other than noise. The third-floor community room is well put together, offers a conference and KTV room for inexpensive rental, and is also a great place to have legitimate guests.
