食物餐廳推薦的還不錯,服務很好介紹的很清楚,沒有寫推薦的不建議點,東西都是單點的沒有套餐,價格因都是單點有點偏,目前沒什麼人,蠻適合朋友閒聊喝一杯的好處去。

WA-RA餐廳位於高雄洲際酒店,以日本江戶時期藁燒WA RA YAKI料理手法為特色。 季節炊飯裡頭加了筍子還有菇類,然後跟魚一起攪拌,味道濃香夠味。下次想嚐試藳燒鮭魚親子飯,但要先確保鮭魚有熟透,因為我對生食心生畏懼。 鵝肝壽司是我最最最喜歡的!鵝肝又肥又油,而且是入口即化。 藳燒沙朗牛旁邊的海鹽可別沾多,完全無視服務生的告知,差點掛急診洗腎。整體我覺得比和牛好吃。 軟殼蟹天婦羅沒什麼驚艷也覺得普通,但是炸蝦天婦羅就不一樣了,肉質鮮甜厚實,不是吃到飽那種麵衣再裹麵衣裡面蝦子像蝦米。 碳烤雞腿肉佐柑橘醋蘿蔔泥還不錯。至於海膽壽司無法評論,是朋友點的。
WA-RA restaurant is located in the InterContinental Hotel Kaohsiung, featuring the cooking techniques of WA RA YAKI in the Edo period of Japan. Seasonal cooked rice is added with bamboo shoots and mushrooms, and then stirred with the fish. The taste is strong and fragrant. Next time I want to try grilled salmon family rice, but make sure the salmon is cooked first, because I am afraid of raw food. Foie gras sushi is my favorite! The foie gras is fat and oily and melts in your mouth. Don't put too much sea salt next to the roast sirloin beef, completely ignoring the waiter's advice and almost going to emergency kidney dialysis. Overall I think it is better than Wagyu beef. The soft shell crab tempura is not surprising and feels ordinary, but the fried shrimp tempura is different. The meat is sweet and thick, not the kind of batter that you can eat and then wrap the prawns in the batter like shrimp. Charcoal grilled chicken thighs with citrus vinegar mashed radish is also good. As for the sea urchin sushi, I can't comment, it was ordered by a friend.

If you’re looking for a Japanese meal on tatami mats, seated on the floor, and very quiet, this is not the place. WA-RU is 100% BETTER! The decor is mildly dark and nice for just relaxing. The music seemed to be a mix of different genres and this is nice. You can’t get bored with the background music. In the evening, the light show on the interior of the building is breathtaking and a very nice way to suddenly slow down the dining experience for a short break. As for the food, everything I ate was hot (if it was supposed to be hot), had exquisite flavor, and was meticulously presented. Chef Kudoh knows exactly what he is doing! The precious care in preparing, cooking, and presenting, I think, made the delicate food more flavorful and enjoyable to eat. I give WA-RU, InterContinental Kaohsiung, and Chef Kudoh a full 100% out of 100%. I can’t wait to visit again! It was a memorable experience with excellent quality and service.
